My brother and I are in United States. Our families are back home. My brother is an alcoholic and our family doesn’t know that he is an alcoholic. He stopped talking to our parents lately. He wouldn’t call them or pick up their calls. Every time my parents call me I have to cover up for him saying he is busy or he’s broke his phone, always some kind of excuses. I am afraid of telling the truth because if I tell the truth to my parents I fear that my brother will stop talking to me. My brother and I are very close to each other.
