Read Case: Is My Supervisor Unethical? In a 2 to 3 page paper, answer the 3 questions for the case. APA Format.

Tiffany is the supervisor of the Billing and Collections Department at Healthy Hospital She is responsible for a large team. One of her responsibilities as the supervisor is to train the new staff when they are hired. It is the beginning of a new week, and she has a new hire to train. His name is Patrick. Patrick is very experienced in billing and coding He has worked in a similar department at a different hospital out of state for the past 12 years.Tiffany doesn’t think there will be much training to do because Patrick is very experienced in the role of billing and collections Patrick picked up on the job very quickly. Since he was new and had to go through the official training. he was only allowed to complete billing actions through his supervisor’s online portal, but Tiffany gave him his freedom since he was very experienced. While completing training and working on active documents, he noticed something that was not adding up correctly on Tiffany’s assigned forms. He began looking closer at the charges that were going to be submitted, and they did not match what was on the chart. He thought, maybe this was just a one-time mistake. He checked other patient charts, and their charges didn’t match either. He realized this was not a mistake. The records had been falsified by Tiffany. Patrick is a new employee. He is worried his supervısor is making unethical decisions and putting the entire organization in danger.

Questions 1. 2. What immediate actions should Patrick take? What would you do if you were in his position? How is Tiffany being unethical? Could this be a mistake? 3. What danger is the organization in? How bad could this be for the department and the entire organization? References 1. Molis J. What are the causes of unethical behavior in the workplace?
