In your infographic presentation,

  • Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create this presentation
  • Illustrate the stages of the HBM, the PMT, or the PAPM (choose one):
    • Identify the stage your target audience is in.
  • Illustrate the theory that was chosen, including all the constructs.
    • Define the constructs.
  • Explain how the constructs relate to each other and ultimately to behavior.
  • Describe the activities and messages you would implement to create effective behavior change.
  • Use the speaker notes section in each content slide to explain in detail the topics you are mentioning on the slide.

  • must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph.
