1.Reflect on what you have learned about students who are gifted and talented. If you had an individual who was gifted and talented in math, and performed well above the rest of your class, how might you use differentiated instruction to keep him or her challenged while still addressing the needs of the remainder of your pupils? What are some other instructional strategies you could incorporate in your class to meet his or her academic needs?

and Talented Children Federal Law: Section 504 of the

Rehabilitation Act

4. List and explain the benefits of family communication and

involvement for students with exceptionalities.

5. Outline the continuum of educational services for students

who are exceptional.

6. What are the benefits of different assistive technologies for students

with exceptionalities?

7. How can general education teachers best teach students

with exceptionalities?
